The-Dream, DJ Khaled, Wale, Future, and more artists are
featured on the 17-track album. After the Maybach Music Group members revealed
the tracklist for their upcoming album, Too Good to Be True, the much
anticipated collaborative album by Rick Ross and Meek Mill is getting
closer.The-Dream, Teyana Taylor, DJ Khaled, Future, Jeremih, French Montana,
and more make appearances on the 17-track album. On "Fine Lines," MMG
fans will also see a reunion with Ross, Meek, and Wale. Wale and Meek, who were
billed as MMG's top signings in the early 2010s, cemented Ross' MMG empire with
their turbulent careers, which included critically acclaimed albums like
Ambition (2011) and Dreams & Nightmares (2012), respectively. For Too Good
to Be True, Ross and Meek have so far dropped two singles: "Shaq and
Kobe" and "Lyrical Eazy." NBA phenom Damian Lillard and Hall of
Famer Shaquille O'Neal were brought in by MMG to demonstrate their poetry on
the former, which was given the remix treatment in October.
After the "Hustling" star moved MMG to Larry Jackson's recently established
label, Ross and Meek's debut release off Gamma will be Too Good to Be True.
Ross's choice to join Gamma was influenced by Breyon Prescott, executive vice
president of content at the company.
According to a news release, Ross stated, "You know Breyon and I have been making money
together for a long time; even more important, we have always been able to do
great business, which is why I look forward to this partnership with
Gamma." "For me to be in my position and for Larry to be in his, this
is a significant move. We should band together and take some HISTORIC action.
